Yes, you can withdraw your case on your own either by filing an application to withdraw your case and than requesting the court to withdraw the matter when the same is listed on your application OR whenever your matter is listed before the Hon'ble High Court than you need to appear before the court and request the same. You file a application for withdraw the case and when the case was listed you appear before the court and withdraw the case but many time court imposed the cost on petitioner so please engage a advocate for all this process.

First of all writ a letter to the advocate concerned showing your desire to get the case withdrawn form the court. If he fails to withdraw the same you may file application in court for withdrawal of the same. However, on the date when the matter lists, you have to appear in person before the court for seeking such request. Please note that while appearing in court keep that letter, just in case courts wants to see it u may show it.

Why you don't want to avail the services of the Advocate through which you have filed the case. If there is any justified reason thereof than you can file ad application in the High Court for withdrawal of the case or remain present in the court on the next date in the court andd make a pray to the court that you do not wish to pursue this case and seek permission of the court for withdrawal of the case.
